I don’t know how familiar y’all are with the new Piperlime Collection, but personally it’s news to me. I stumbled upon it yesterday and was giddy with excitement over my new discovery. This collection has nailed the fall basics like this silk blouse, faux leather leggings, and this leather jacket. And did you notice the price point? SUPER affordable!
When it comes to nail polish, I’m all about change. I can fully see these four fall nail polish colors by essie being on constant rotation throughout fall. First up, Take It Outside! I think it will the perfect transition I need from summer brights.
Although today’s high in Dallas is in the triple digits, I think I’ve already determined my favorite piece for fall. I always love an easy, short mini dress with long sleeves but this Free People dress had me in the details: a cute print and a ruffled neckline. It’s light enough to wear now and will be perfect with tights when the temps start to drop. Investing in the pink one will be hard to resist!
PS. Y’all, I’ve carried this Club Monaco clutch for years! I pair it with everything as I’m a strong believer that snake skin and leopard are neutrals. I’m so excited to have found an updated version from J.Crew. It’s a MUST HAVE for fall. I’m not joking- it goes with everything!
Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by! xx
I don’t buy the whole “no white after Labor Day” rule. If it’s 100 degrees still, you better bet I’m going to be sporting my white denim skinnies! So it’s no surprise that the first item I gravitated to post Labor Day was my white denim. I guess you could call this outfit my post Labor Day Blues as it’s going to take me a while to admit that summer is slowly slipping away!
Even though Labor Day has come and gone, it doesn’t mean the sales are over! Don’t miss out on these fall essentials from J.Crew while they are currently all 25% off! It’s the perfect time to snatch up these light wash denim jeans, suede booties, and gingham shirt. All of which in my opinion are rather necessary ; ) Let’s be honest with ourselves, we NEED these things!
When I spotted this layered Anthropologie tank this past weekend I knew it would be the perfect transition piece for fall. It’s ideal for the hot weather we have now but will also look great under a blazer when the temps start to cool down. I was drawn to the combo of the windowpane print, tiered ruffles, and subtle beading at the neckline. What’s not to love? Super easy and super cute.

This past weekend I got to go home for the first time in TEN months! TEN MONTHS! It was a long overdue trip that left me wanting to immediately book another flight back. Although it felt like nothing had changed, we found ourselves exploring all the new hot spots and eateries. Our first stop was County Club for lunch. Since Kentucky is outrageously humid right now, this white ruffle top was the perfect choice to keep me cool for our afternoon of taste testing and sightseeing.
