A quick trip to Mexico can really get you in the Cinco De Mayo spirit! Olé!
As a blogger, I try to have my camera with me at all times but the bulkiness of the camera, plus a lens or two, can really weigh me down. This Rebecca Minkoff Camera Bag is the perfect solution. It looks like a cute cross body and has plenty of pockets for my camera and other essentials. In my opinion, it’s a must-have.Mint (my personal fav) / Lilac / Periwinkle / Tangerine / Green / Navy g
Good News: Rebecca Minkoff is currently having a Friends & Family Sale! Just enter FRIENDS30 at checkout for 30% until April 15th. I’ve also been eyeing this jacket and dress! They would look pretty cute paired with the camera case, no?
As of today, it’s officially SPRING! I could not be more excited about one of my favorite times of year! Let’s put away the neutrals and bring on the color. I’m talking bold prints and vibrants florals here people!!!

Just a few more snapshots from our weekend in Austin. I’m really missing that sunshine and those frozen margaritas right about now!
This past weekend I got to pack my bags and head to Austin for a good old fashioned girls weekend. With a day off for President’s Day, my sister and a friend were able to take advantage of the long weekend and fly down to Texas. We had one mission for the weekend: EAT. And boy, did we do just that! From the moment the roomie and I arrived in Austin, it was one great meal after the next!
We started our Austin adventure out on South Congress Street where we found small bites and oyster shooters at Perla’s. We then ventured down the street and made a few quick stops along the way. A slice of pizza from Home Slice to share. A cupcake from Hey Cupcake! And of course, a quick stop at Jo’s for a coffee and a photo op at the iconic “I love you so much” sign!
We ended our afternoon with a michelada from Hotel San Jose. The airy atmosphere and laid back feel of the hotel bar was the perfect ending to our South Congress tour. The day, however, would not have been complete without our fabulous dinner at Lambert’s. Let’s just say, to-die-for.
As you can see, our first day in Austin was a huge success. I cannot wait to share some more details about our trip a little later!
This past weekend I got to spend three days at the lake with some of my very best friends. It was the perfect mixture of lounging + laughter. If only every weekend could be spent like this!
Last night we had our holiday Christmas party! I’d say between our signature peppermint cocktails, the photo booth, and the late night dance sesh – we all had ourselves a very merry time! I am so grateful to be able to work with my best friends at an amazing company!
Happy Holiday’s y’all!
The perfect start to my holiday season – a weekend in Aspen. I was so lucky to spend a long weekend sitting by warm fires, sipping hot chocolate, and watching the snow fall! Oh, what I would give to go back!
As you all know, this past weekend I got to go back home to Kentucky. The weekend was a perfect mixture of family, horse racing and (of course) football. It was the perfect fall weekend and the pictures from Keeneland were too pretty not to share!
