I do it all the time. I find a shoe I like and then wear them so often that they are worn out in what feels like a few days. Can you relate? It seems like I JUST ordered these Michael Kors sandals and they already look as if I’ve had them for years. I have come to the realization that I need to invest in not one, but several summer sandals. Plus, it wouldn’t hurt to have a little variety! Neon. Braids. Metallic. You name it, I want it.

Who can resist having a little fun with fringe? This poncho by Club Monaco is my newest obsession. Because it’s so light weight, it is perfect for the hot summer days we are already beginning to experience here in Dallas. And did I mention it goes with everything? It looks great paired with white jeans for brunch or denim shorts over your bikini for the day at the pool!

Although neon green is about as far from neutral as they get, I have surprisingly been able to get quite a lot of use out of this bright Tibi dress in the few short weeks I’ve owned it. This past weekend, I paired it with matching neon and crystal earrings and my YSL pumps for dinner with my family.

I purchased this Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent romper for my recent trip to Mexico. It was an effortless, versatile vacation piece. The contrasting top and shorts make it appear to be two pieces and I love the unexpected billowy, open back.

This Saturday, I paired it with my new favorite beach bag, wedges, fun earrings, and mirrored glasses for an easy day to night look.

1. The photo above has inspired me to recreate this look for the weekend. I love the pop of color in her lips against the feminine, soft lace! With my favorite pink lips and these cat eye sunglasses I think I could pull it off!

Color Moment: Turquoise and Coral

There is nothing more refreshing than the combination of turquoise and coral. In my opinion, it’s the perfect pair for spring and summer. You can only imagine my excitement when I came across Anton Heunis and all these beautiful baubles in my favorite color combo. Add a few crystals and you’ve really got me sold! These crystal drop earrings will be my summer staple for sure.
